Index égalité professionnelle

“Introduced by the Avenir Professionel (Future Career Choice) Act of 5 September 2018 and implemented by decree on 8 January 2019, the professional gender equality index is intended to help companies with 50 employees or more to make progress on the issues around gender equality.

The legislation requires every qualifying company to publish their index, which is based on four indicators.

Nouvelle Sotralentz Packaging scored 93 out of 100 points for the period between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2020, reflecting a 5-point increase year-on-year. Its score breaks down as follows:

Indicator 1 – The percentage pay gap between women and men: 39/40
Indicator 2 – The gap in the rate of individual salary increases between women and men: 35/35
Indicator 3 – Percentage of women benefiting from a salary increase in the year following their return from maternity leave (not calculable, since no women were on maternity leave during the year)
Indicator 4 – Number of employees of the underrepresented sex among the 10 highest-paid employees: 5/10

The overall score is not calculable for Agriplas. In terms of detail, the company achieves the highest scores for indicators 2, 3 and 4 shown above, although it is not possible to calculate indicator 1.

Our company is continuing to pursue its policy of promoting workplace gender equality”.
