ISPA (Alençon Institute of Plastics and Composites), organizes since the end of 2018 a professional certification“Manufacturing Machine Adjuster” in our factory located in Dinard.
The main purpose of the training is to promote the acquisition of new skills through obtaining a higher qualification.
Within this professional training in extrusion-blow molding, there is a theoretical part animated by staff or employees mandated by ISPA and a practical part where the trainee is accompanied by a tutor (employee of Agriplas – Sotralentz Packaging).
The operational objectives are numerous: ensure the continuous improvement, the compliance with the QHSE guidelines (Quality, hygiene, security, environment), analyse the quality and the compliance with the customer specifications, control a production line etc.
The skills acquired during this apprenticeship will enable employees to strengthen their expertise and progress to positions of “team leader assistant” or “team leader”.
